I put a ticket in ..several days ago. I explained that my account was merged with PWE the day I created it. See, under my crappy new icon to the left....kk back to the story....anyway I explained that my account was merged and when I went to C-store / items my free package was NOT there...So instead of saying this is an error or w/e the unknown problem is ....I told to merge my account using the following steps...then was told about the items we get from the merger. Well ...IM ALREADY MERGED...how much more merged can I be...do you want to absorb my body too ....my cryptic account wasnt enough ...?!?!? Where do you find the people that work for you ??? Maybe you need to show the following to a few of your GM's

For me this game has reached an all time low....wasted time on the new site, starbases ...when you could of been making FE's STF's Klingon 1-21 FE....new factions ...IE Romulans ...what a waste of time in deed..btw this post is a waste of time I know no one there takes anything about this game serious ...just the dollar bills the lock boxes generate...

keep in mind that the GM's that you talk to when you submit a ticket are actually the Perfect World Entertainment General Purpose GM's. They are not specific to a single game. Nor do they necessarily have in depth knowledge about this game specifically. They simply repeat the script that they were handed for that day, and try not to deviate too far from what they were told to say.

So in short, yes, they are made of fail.

I'm trying to understand your issue.

It sounds like you created an account after the first changeover occurred. It was not possible to create a Cryptic account after the initial merge (a few months ago), and then merge it. Your account would be automatically a PW account. Its been this way for months now. This is the second push to merge, although one could merge their Cryptic account since the first.

This promo is only for those who had a Cryptic account and had to merge before or now. If you already had a PW account to play STO (since free to play iirc) the you are ineligible. If this is the case, then you were told that in the same news article that detailed what the reward was.

I've had nothing but problems with support including active tickets just disappearing without even being resolved or even answered. Others are just ignored.

Nynik has it right it seems. If you joined around the FTP start or after, you never had a Cryptic account, you've been PWE from the start. This is for the folks that check the Cryptic box on login.

First of all, there's no need for the ellipses. They obfuscate whatever it is that you're trying to say.

Secondly, like the people above have said, your account was more than likely already a Perfect World one, so you didn't need to merge/create anything. There's one way you can know for sure - prior to the forum change, if you ticked "Cryptic Account" when logging into the forums, then you had a Cryptic account, and vice versa.

I personally don't want any web dev near any game code. Especially not the web devs that made this ugly mess.
