Where do you buy Cryptic points cards?

I can't find where to buy points for my friends. Is this feature still available, and if not, when will it return?

    My dear friend. I can?t even buy points for myself today. Really don?t think you can buy for your friends anymore.

    It's pretty obvious that this changeover didn't go as smoothly as they thought. I hope a dev stops by and explains when this feature is coming back.

    Not sure if they still have Cryptic Cards, PWE seems to want their money directly instead of going through a third source, from a business perspective I can understand that but they need to have their own version of a cryptic card so we the players can buy cards for our friends and what not.
