Focus on beam weapons with [ACC] procs at least. Tet or Antip.

    Shields:
    Tachyon Beam

PBAoE Disable Cloak and Damage Shields
    Charged Particle Burst

    PBAoE Damage, Repel, and Disable
    Photonic Shockwave

    AoE Tractor and Kinetic Damage
    Gravity Well

    PBAoE Repel
    Tractor Beam Repulsors

Check-out that each of these abilities career modifiers are, and make sure that you have the skill points to get the most out of them.

Also, check that the Deflector Dish you pickup boosts them, as well as any science consoles

    Fleet Escort :D

See the Hilbert Guide or Mavario's thread for full detail of good builds to use

That would do nicely as well :0

You would then benefit from DHC's and turrets, and well ask a TAC to train you in the necessary CRF skills to get the most out of your build.

Tachyon Beam and Charged Particle Burst aren't very effective at the moment. Gravity Well 3 with the Gravimetric Scientist duty officer and points in Particle Generators can be very effective with high aux power. You could also try Energy Siphon with points into Flow Capacitors to boost your power levels (particularly weapon power). Tractor Beam Repulsors can do great damage with points in Particle Generators but they're difficult to control.

Sci in PvP needs to balance between damage and healing because it's difficult to survive long enough to DPS due to low hull and defense. You might want to focus primarily on keeping yourself alive. Hard to do damage when you're dead :D

    Hope that helps.
