It depends on your you convert it. One of the episodes established that 1000 stardates is equal to one solar year (Again, earth centric :P ) But there have been several episodes that break that. And It has yet to be established when exactly stardate 0000.0 is, so there is no accurate way to convert it.
In game is a conversion based on the actual date (I know because it changed day by day) , and then boosted up to the year 2409. It is listed on your journal tab, next to your missions tab.
In-game they took the TNG/DS9/VOY stardates and went on increasing them by 1000 for every in-game year. This results in the current game year being in the 89000s.
