Bummer! I was on my way to the mining facility and then..... Limbo! Oh well, hopefully you guys will take the opportunity to apply the fix for the Ship Speed and Tilt Issue you've come up with.
Will you be fixing the ships turn animation while your at it?
On an unexpected downtime? Really? I think you need to set your sites on some realistic expectations. That would come when they do maintenance or a patch.

how is something unexpected when it says STO is currently down for website maint, guess it dosent matter, cause someone already changed it to "Star Trek Online is blah blah blah, we are aware of the issue"
if you are aware of it then why does it keep happening

UNEXPECTED DOWN TIME UNEXPECTED NO THIS HAPPENS ON A SCHEDULE PRACTICALLY!!!!
You guys have managed to avoid any unexpected downtime for over three weeks (last one on March 18th), so whatever you're doing has been making a huge difference. Keep up the good work.
You'e late, shouldn't this have happend yesterday?
I agree, I expected the unexpected downtime to be yesterday. I suppose things never run on time when its a bank holiday, I expect the downtime to be unexpected on a Sunday from next week.
"Unexpected? More like EXPECTED at this point! It happens two or three times every day!"
"I lost out on the reward I was just about to pick up in Cure for the Infected Khitomer Accord Space-Ground! I want compensation!"
I've been in charge of running 7,849 servers at the biggest company in the immediate solar system, and it's clear that you guys are doing everything exactly wrong! For shame! SHAME!"
"It's all these damned FtPers! THEY RUIN EVERYTHING!"
"I have a Golden Platinum Emerald Diamond membership, and after all this downtime every 39 minutes I deserve eleventy-million C-store points as compensation!"
"Come on, you other five complainers, they're trying their best! They even had a forum post explaining that it's not a hardware issue, it's a bug that they're trying very hard to track down. I've been here since the closed Alpha Beta Epsilon phase -- this stuff has happened before, and they'll eventually fix it like last time!"
