Members of the STO Community have put together a special event that all Klingon players are invited to. Check out their message about next week's events.
I'll be on my klink all week long, mby all month long.. knowing me i'll be on him till i get my space sets done then hop over to the fed :P let me know whenever you guys wanna join me for elite runs anytime in online. happy klink awareness week guys / first contact day.
I swear, the meds the VA has me on has gotten me all jacked up this week.
Forum fights, innapropriate language, confusing a Pup-In-A-Cup with a Box-O-Bran. sheesh. Maybe I need to take a hiatus after Awareness week.
This isn't a prelude to new content... Any news about new content wouldn't be actual news unless it was actually put into the game.
It was "announced" with the new calendar this week.
APRIL 2012*
29-2. Q XP Weekend
29-2. EU Re-Launch Promotion
1-7. Klingon Awareness Week (Community) 5. New Klingon Mission
5. First Contact Day
5-9. First Contact Event
13. Friday the 13th Event
18. Foundry Challenge #2 Voting (Forums)
New KDF missions? About time. Still, I think this event would work better if there was some sort of bonus for playing a KDF character. Might entice people who otherwise would ignore this event.

When it comes to how this game delivers on promises... It doesn't exist until its in the game

Speaking of meds... I want my Starfleet medical kit on my KDF tactician!
P.S. This obviously implies a change of career, something I feel should really be available ingame, even if only through the C-Store.
I added a Read Alert to bit.ly/DOFFS linking to the News page.
And therefore i call out Klingon Week on the DOFFDOC
(no worries, this time i will not swap all FED + KDF cells, i learned my lesson from the last try).
Get your Klingons out and get those Duty Officer Chains done!
For those of you who doubt: I've played the new mission. Will be doing a column on it and will be trying to keep it spoiler-free. But I can attest to its existence.

I know the volunteers of Klingon Awareness Week #2 (KAW #2) would have loved a better shout-out about the event on the podcasts. (wink, wink) KAW #2 is an activity-rich environment. LOTS to do!
I personally enjoy your broadcasts, was disappointed by the lack of strong support or lurve for KAW #2.
Hopefully next time, we can get you enough advanced warning to make mention in a Massively column, too, provided your editor approves. (I hope you got the press release that was emailed to you last week.)

FYI - As far as I know, PUCG will be looking at Klingon Foundry missions tomorrow in celebration. We're not ignoring our beloved Klingons - we're just celebrating concurrently.

Good on you BF. Look forward to working with you on KAW Annual #2 this July!
Never a doubt.
Had no doubts.
Is it full of KDF bad-assery and blood wine?
And Orion women?
