And a fun interview it was! But we're not really a Podcast, we're a "talk show" :p

I think the subject of this thread should read "TRibbles", not Tibbles. :)

Im glad that Dan mentioned doing an Art pass on old missions. I dont need full remasters but an Art and NPC pass would be awesome on quite a few missions.

Thats honestly not something we thought about doing, never crossed our minds, so we'll look into getting transcripts made of future interviews.

I would support this idea. There's no way I'm going to go listen to it, but I would read a transcript.

It was something the TiE group proposed to dStahl. Personally, I'd like to see it, though the D5 doesn't really fit anywhere right now...

The D5 would be nice as the Klingon equivalent of the TOS Constitution and the NX-class--i.e. a "nostalgia" class for beginning characters. It could be a Tier 3 battlecruiser or something.

The suggested use of the D-5 is based on the Klingon habit of reusing a keel for many, many, many generations. And as such would not really be a D-5 but a more modern ship based on it, akin to how the new Koro't'inga is based on the concept design John Eaves made of the D-4 but is still a very new ship (and in thurn the D-4's hull, was revamped into the D-7, which was revamped into the K't'inga, and again into the Koro't'inga). So the suggestion was less for the D-5 its self and more for a ship based on its design, because as it stands the D-5 is a very unique design among Klingon ships.

Also for people who can't use the links in Brandon's post I have a post from yesterday with an updated link that should work.
