Evening everyone, during the downtime, what better things can i do other than wait for the server to come back up, Ah Yes! finaly put in that post about joining a fleet!

So, this is it!

Im looking for an active fleet that is looking to grow or is allready prity big, aslong as there are groups and missions/pvp to be doing and people to work along side with, then im interested in your fleet.

toon name is accrecia, im a level 20 Tactical so far, working my way up, enjoying the content at the moment. ive not settled on a ship just yet, however ive got one of each and playing about with them to see what i feel is best.

my only dislike is for guilds/fleets etc is a mandatory use of voice communication software, i have no problems joining a forum or website to post bits and bobs, but im not into forceing members to be on teamspeak/ventrillo/mumble when they would rarther not be.

feel free to PM me here, post on this thread or in game.
thanks

Check out the Canadian fleet, we are open to anyone, we do use Ventrillo but it's not a requirment, it just makes team missions and STF easier

Good evening. I hope you will take a moment and consider the Vulcan Kolinahr Fleet. We are a small but great fleet. We are easy going, dedicated and friendly. We all come from different backgrounds and have different ways of doing things, but that’s part of what makes us great.

Anyone in our fleet is happy to help others when needed, in almost any aspect of the game and in some cases RL. We have a fleet TeamSpeak3 server that we use for voice chat not just in-game but also to hang out as well and get to know each other better (not required, just available). Many of us are located on the East Coast (USA).

Although I say our fleet is dedicated, we also realize that everyone has lives as well, so therefore when you need to take the time, you don't need to be concerned about losing your position within the fleet due to RLtoo. We do not discriminate against such things because we understand that sometimes real life issues and problems can take time to resolve, and that some time is needed to sort things out.

So please, think about joining and moving with us into 2409 armed with the best Intel, the most specific and targeted body of knowledge about STO, and a group of Fleet-mates who will be there with you in the crunch.

    The Vulcan Kolinahr Fleet

    Live Long and Prosper!

If you would like additional information on the [VKF] please don’t hesitate to contact me or any of our members.

I think you should check out the {UFP}! We're a large, friendly fleet that's still growing! We do use teamspeak but we do not mandate it. I have to admit it comes in handy on STFs and such, but other than that I don't use it that much. Basically, use it as little or as much as you like.

We also have a website, regularly scheduled events, quarterly award ceremonies and we publsh our own e-zine on a regular basis.

The best way to make a decision is to give us a visit. You can do that by clicking my siggy banner. I think you'll be glad you did. Jus' tell 'em Stormy sent ya.

Stormy does a great job of recruitment but I just wanted to chime in here too as I had concerns similar to the OP.

One such concern is teamspeak, I have used it once but on no occasion was I ever required to use it, theres plenty of guys using the in game text chat so not using TS won't leave you isolated from the rest of the guys.

There's people online all the time, so you won't have trouble finding people to play with either. There's plenty of experienced STO vets to give you advice if you ever need it.

I clicked on Stormy's siggy banner, told them he sent me and I was glad I did, I think you will be too.

I think you should join the United Britannian Fleet. I am restarting the fleet. So, I have need for people in command and not in command. We should talk about what I have to offer. I think you will like the UBF once you join
