Ok What isn't this being FUNDED?
I mean COME ON! If this guy can do it in his spare time:

Then why isn't huge company funding a project to bring this up to speed, and mass produce better cars and vans that use a combo of solar, wind?
Heck you can even use the motion of the cars wheel to reclaim even more power.
So again WHY ISN'T THIS BEING FUNDED? I don't know about you, but this would save a ton of money per year. I wonder if I can convert my van to use something like this. Would make driving across country a whole lot easier.

You wouldn't want to smash $8,000 worth of solar panels in a crash.
You wouldn't want someone to steal your panels off your car in a bad neighborhood.
You wouldn't want to park your car in the sun in the summer time.
You wouldn't want to have to wash your car every weekend.
You wouldn't want to park your car outside in the snow when you have a perfectly good garage.
....
But in general I am talking about having cars that don't need gas to power them, and if it's going to be electric, then why not use all systems that can power it. Solar, wind heck even magnets is needed. All can power the batteries to some point, so why not make newer cars that use this in place of current systems.
I mean really you have gas prices going up again, and people talk all the time of how can we get off gas and oil. Well here you go, FUND this system, and your getting off oil and gas.
We will still use oil, seeing how a lot of things are made from it, but as far as gas goes this is a great way to get away from gas as a whole. IMO they can make all road vechcials be non-liquid gas, and get everyone off oil once and for all. The main question is why won't they do it?
We have one guy show us it can be done, so why not spend the money to make bigger and better cars, vans and tracks that can use this type of tech. I don't see why it can't work.
Never mind the crooks out there, they shouldn't be a reason not to move this tech forward.
BTW who cares what model frame you use, as long as it works.
