Hi.
I last played one of my Klingon characters several days ago. Everything was "as expected".
I've picked that character today and my ship's appearance is different from last time. I've gone to the shipyard, to see if the system had fiddled with my configuration, only to find different versions of my ship: the one shown in the config screen (shipyard) and the one shown in gameplay modes (sector/system).
Screenies follow:
Shipyard - ConfigSystem - Sector (this is, the TRIBBLE)
So, has the game broken itself? I've found no way to actually configure my ship in such a non-Klingon way (looks like taken from a Reman junkyard). Else, I'd have to assume it has been changed willingly, maybe even as a reward... Unwanted rewards affecting vanity items usually have very bad consequences. We could talk "IC" or RPG-wise, Trek-wise, whatever.
My point is: I configured my ship the way I liked it best, including elements bought using real money.
I don't want them changed by hidden conditions or arbitrary personnel.
How long will it take and what will be done so I have them back?
Oh, thanks to anyone in Cryptic actually reading this, and a hug to anyone doing something about it.

You could just remove your Reman Shield Prototype and replace it with another Shield.
Or you could simply "Disable visuals" of the Reman shields by right-clicking them on your ship's equipment and choose "Disable visuals".
OP, this is not a bug. Your ships is displaying the visuals associated with the Reman shields rewarded in the last Featured Series.
Ah I didn't know you can hide the visuals. Thanks for the tip.
Nonsense and fugly, but fixed by removing the visuals.
Thanks all who helped!
