Hello everybody!
First off, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Hotrod, and I am the creator of the Hotrod Daily missions.
There are currently four missions in the Hotrod Daily set, all Federation space battles against large squadrons of ships with allies to back you up. As you might have guessed by now, the Nagus Dailies would a source of inspiration to me when I created these short missions (although I don't think I could get to that level of quality in a while) in the sense that I wanted to provide short yet fun missions to help you complete the "Investigate Officer Reports" daily mission! With that in mind, these missions are not meant to be too difficult or long, nor have a great story to back them up. Here's the list of the missions and a short description for each :
- "Hotrod Daily 1 : Romulan Attack" : My first ever mission created in the Foundry. A small space battle over Vulcan against Romulans with a minimum required level of 16.
- "Hotrod Daily 2 : Mirror Assault" : A deep space large-scale encounter against Mirror Universe Federation forces. Requires a minimum level of 31.
- "Hotrod Daily 3 : Klingon Ambush" : Help defend Rear Admiral Qu'Vok's (That's me in-game, in case you were wondering) fleet against a Klingon Ambush. What I really like about this mission is that all four ships are my current and previous starships (with the exception of my Galaxy/Venture class ship, darn not having the Venture class skin in the Foundry). This mission is meant to be a bit tougher, though some reviews have claimed it to be too hard.
- "Hotrod Daily 4 : Empire Advance" : Answer Science Fleet Omega's distress call and help fight off the Klingon Empire forces attacking them.
Now, you may be asking yourself "Why play these over any other daily mission that people have created?". The answer is simple, my missions provide you with short yet large-scaled epic battles with allied forces to assist you that some of the other well-known missions do not provide!
So, on that note I leave you all to test out my missions and hopefully enjoy them! Please comment and all criticism is greatly appreciated. If you find missions too easy/hard or in need of any modifications, don't be afraid of pointing it out and I'll be glad to take your opinions into consideration.
