Dear Devs, I sincerely hope that someone of you will read this thread. There's a problem with the Galaxy class ship. That blsck spots looks really ugly. Could you fix it? It looks like not a big deal to fix. The problem accures when i set my lighting quality to HIGH. I run on DX11.

Yes Cryptic, save the Galaxy! We know the Reaper Threat is real,
Shepard Commander warned us all along!

    seriously!?

You could have used existing threads on that topic, yeah I know ignorance is bliss but ur not the only one getting these black spots and it's not limited to the Galaxy Class of ships or ships at all either (what you would have known if you had cared to check first with little to no effort at all by just looking at some of the recent thread titles which are obviously about the same issue).

This issue is related to your graphics card and is not what the ship really looks like in game with a fully functional computer. Please attempt to fix your issue by doing the following:

    1. Update your graphics driver from the manufacturer's website, NOT the Winblows updater service from the Device Manager. So for example; if you're running an Nvidia card, head over to nvidia.com, locate the correct card and download the software for it.

NOTE: You'll want to ensure that you've uninstalled the previous driver first from Add/Remove programs, then install the newly downloaded driver. This is vital as the new driver will install but not affect the issue at hand unless you uninstall the previous one first.

Let us know how it went.

Exactly what the person above me just said. If you're running DX11 with 16x on the anti-aliassing. The NVidia cards have an issue and generate those triangles on a lot of the ship models. I have it on the NX, Akira, Galaxy, Nebula, Assault Cruiser, and a few others that I can't name off the top of my head. So I've stuck with DX9 and 8x Anti-Aliasing.
