Let's make the gambling for Galors a little bit more realistic.

Greetings, Ladies and Gentlemen.

This is my first post here, and I don't even know if I posted in the right section.

Anyways, here's my idea.
I like the 'Dabo' minigame quite much, but sadly, it's more-or-less useless, due to the - let's say - worthlessness of the GPL currency. During playing it for fun, I randomly thought of the issue that most players seem to have problems getting their nice little Cruiser out of one of those shiny boxes (I'm one of them). So I thought - wouldn't it be a nice idea to make the following changes to the Dabo-minigame system?
  1. Instead of winning 100,000% payout on three Swirls, the player wins one Masterkey.
  2. Instead of winning 200,000% payout on three Quarks, the player wins one Cardassian Cruiser.

As the chances to get those two combinations are quite low anyways, it may just be included to the current buy-masterkey-with-real-money system, without losing that much of the profit you get from those offers.

Thanks for your attention, I hope I didn't make too much spelling errors, etc.

Yours,
Fenris

I had better luck and far more winning the last time I was in Vegas, than I've had with the lockboxes.

At this point, I'm tossing them out. I don't believe they actually award any ship. I think it's all a massive joke.

Seriously. I can go to the one town in the world, specifically built to swindle it's visitors, and come out with better odds and more winnings than this. What a crock.

    But, I like your idea.

Actually the Galor game is realistic - The house always wins.

    Besides that:
Q: What are the odds for getting each of the rewards in the Lock Box?
A: We are not providing exact numbers for either Lock Box type. The average value for a normal Lock Box is around 160 CP (...)

Considering the prize is a virtual item in a video game and it doesn't really exist at all, I'd say even if you win you still lose.
