Bug or Discrpencny in Kit Powers in "Second Wave"

So I saw people posting that some of their Engineering kit powers weren't working in "Second Wave" on the ground combat portion, since it was a "public" social zone.

I can confirm that Engineering Kit powers are NOT working correctly here.

I finally was able to login and play with my Engineers and Tactical characters. So on my Science and Tactical character I am able to use ALL of my kit powers on the ground portion. But on my Engineers I am NOT able to use my turrets or seeker or support drones at all.

So, bug? I certainly hope so. I would like not to think that they gimped the Engineers on purpose.

    my science healing powers were doing about 1/10th of what was listed. nothing like seeing a heal saying it does 200+ to only watch you heal 20 or so. same with hypos. they were not healing for me as advertised.

    i died a lot.

    Most of my Engineer abilities were disabled. I could not deploy generators, force domes, cover shields or even build drones. Oddly, I was able to build Quantom Motors. I ended up just using the kit with Shield Charge, ED, WM and FA since I couldn't use much else.

    As for the heal, the Jem weapons seem to proc a healing resistance on you and it can stack very quickly. Playing as my medic was quite frustrating as I couldn't heal didly squat.

    In addition to the ones you listed, the cover shield was not working either. Shield recharge (captain ability), and morters were working, though.

    As a person who plays and enjoys the hell out of Bunker Fabrication Engineers I felt insulted at this. THIS IS WHY KIT POWERS SHOULD BE USABLE IN SOCIAL ZONES.

    .....then A-hole engineers can spam covershields that trap people or block hallways? kit spam from a lot of immature people were why the engineer powers were disabled in public in the first place.
