Out of game Mail

Why was this taken off the website? The in game mechanics make it a real PITA to delete a lot of mails because you have to go 1 by 1 and confirm on each delete. the Browser version was so nice because you could select and delete en masse..

    It was removed from the website because it is already at the top of the forum via the Private Messages system.

    What about people who don't check the forums/ By Cryptic's own admission, most players don't. I would imagine that at least a few of the ones that don't do check the website, and are lamenting the loss of their mail.

    I'd imagine that the majority of players that don't check the forums and aren't browsing STO websites when they aren't in-game also don't care about non-in-game mail.

    I don't think you can assume that. I know both of my kids use the main website/mail/etc. but never go on the forums.
