Out of curiosity. I seem to spend a lot of my time in this particular area... But do devs actually pay attention to the General Community Feedback section?... Has anyone got a response from them? I heard they looking in on posts. But do they respond here? if so, has it made a difference...
Have larger requests from the community been implemented over the last two years? would be positive if requests or ideas have.
Have you asked yourself? Are there any devs even there?? there might not be any devs on the otherside... just one dude running the entire game.... hmmmm... didnt think about that did ya.
Pretty sure the DOFF system was driven entirely out of player feedback and is continuing to be driven by player feedback. Additionally a lot of the orthcoming department head system is shaping up from player feedback and input.
Easy way to check for dev posts in a folder is to look for dev post tags against a thread.
Cryptic has about 20-25 devs working on STO which while still tiny for a dev team is markedly more than a single individual.
Bridges and interiors were never part of the plan, people wanted them even if they did nothing, so they were added. Lots of other little things as well.

Thats kewl the doff system is player driven and some other stuff aswell, however, the bridge and interior could of taken a miss. unless it had a function, if it was play er suggested personally i feel it wasted dev time. I thought that developers had put that in themselves
