How about adding the Subscription date to the the players account some we can see when it's supposed to arrive.
That would help with the "I didn't get my Stipend" threads if they knew what date it is supposed to arrive...

It took them 5 extra days to get me my stipend. I received some canned excuse about the payment having not gone through when it had and that there was a hold while waiting for the payment to go through. Chances are there's gumming up on their side and the usual mentality of customer support when something is glaringly wrong with your system is to place blame on the customer to make things seem as though things work normally.

Any chance we could get a countdown timer or anniversary date on our account management pages. I think it would answer many of these questions before they get posted.

Yes, 400 per month, the time per month though depends on when your subscription went into account.
Oh I'm not complaining, I'm just curious in all honesty. I should have at least 1500+ by now, which isn't the case.
