The market tends to get pretty cluttered and it makes it hard to sell larger stacks of items.
Suggestions:
-Showing more then 400 listings
-Timed listings (24h for example)
For example: There's 400 listings of an item worth 1000 credits each (on average). Yet the 400th listing is stacks of 10 for 10,000. so someone trying to sell larger amounts can't do so until all the small listings are out of the way..
A DEV recently (in 2011) noted in a forum post that the coding for the exchange is pretty bad, and that it may not be possible to make any major changes to ease search and sale anytime soon.
If this is in fact, it may end up with Cryptic completely redesigning the UI for easier management of the code.

Few days seems a little unnecessary (if so).
And sucks to hear that it's such a mess.. but that sure makes sense looking at the market.
But yea annoying to see 400 listings of single stacks..
