I recently been very frustrated with cryptic for one simple reason, lack of support for gold or subscribed members.. I created several tickets both to gm and reporting bugs.
The issue in question is that i cant get the Tribble of borg on any of my characters . As soon as i log in it is not available to me . 9- 11 days later i finally get a response from a GM stating that this is a known issue that they cannot fix right now and will be fixing at there own convenience..
This type of response is not only unacceptable, but the sheer fact that it took 9 days to get a response is ridiculous. I will be dropping my subscription because of cryptic's lack of support for subscribed members. I believe that if i pay to play this game is should get support when i need it , yet every time i create a " ticket" it takes several days to get a response and it is usually automated..
Who's ELSE believes that cryptic's support for gold members in the game is completely ridiculous, and have considered dropping there subscripion bassed on this lack of support ?
Let me use one of my older examples: Once it took 3 MONTHS to get an automated message from CS. Other times I get a "Oh that's too bad, have a nice ay" responses. I try my best to not contact CS.

So great, I gave cryptic my money and I cant claim my moneys worth, is this ground to sue for Services not rendered?
AND im a gold member..
i thinks we gold members should get more than 400 Cryptic points per month, like 600-700 would be ok with me.
