I'm of two minds about this: on the one hand, it would be pretty cool seeing the Ent-F at ESD and Earth. On the other, the flagship should be on the front lines, not at home doing nothing.

he said Odyssey, not the Enterprise-F one of the class can sit there in Spacedock, easily
OH AND DEF the enterprise should have a first launch cinematic, like how EVERY enterprise has. and possibly a stowaway aboard because of excessive edema, sweat and numb tounge

You forgot something....
The Odyssey is too big to fit through those doors.

Actually it would make sense if it were the Enterprise. Well, it wouldn't make sense, but it would follow canon if the Enterprise was just kind of wasting time away from the battle. Check out the Dominion War (during which their flagship and the rest of their most advanced vessels were off doing diplomatic duty) and the borg attack during First Contact, where the Enterprise was apparently sidelined because of Picard's experience with the borg... and yet none of the other Sovereigns were there either.
Methinks that after Starfleet builds themselves a pretty new ship they like to keep it safe away from the action so they don't have to see them blown up... they're like overprotective parents with a new child.
A - Several vessels of different classes, with worker-bees flying about.
B - My OWN ship. Yeah, it would be cool if each of our game systems loaded our own vessel on our local machines, in the same way we see our own particle systems. Nothing would be cooler than seeing my own ship in Spacedock.
I'd like to see the Odyssey class sitting out there in spacedock, in some state of construction, with little welding sparks, and little pods and cargo movers flying in and out of it.

Canon? Whats that? Seriously though, the new F2P launch trailer actually shows the Ent-F on the frontlines and the Captain is saying they have engaged the Borg. Looked right to me

That doesn't really count. You can engage the Borg in Sirius during a Red alert.
Hmm I see what you did there...hmm a never-will-be used Odyssey class hmmmm....
Could be like Agent Gibbs and his sailboat. One day you come in to ship requisitions and its just gone. you stand there wondering how did they get it out?!:D

Honestly, I'd like to see the ships in Spacedock rotate every couple weeks or so.
