Looks like it might be something like a printed vinyl sheet with a backlight and a pane of glass over it to make it reflective. A sign maker might be able to help you if you're interested in something similar.

To bad the guy couldn't come up with something better than the standard porcelin toilet in the bathroom.
But for crying out loud, first see if they can sell it WITH the custom interior. Surely he's not the ONLY Trekker there!
