After watching the teaser/preview in the F2P launch trailer which shows a glimpse of the Enterprise F and her Captain, I can't seem to get one phrase out of my head...

"I don't always captain a starship...

... but when I do, it's the Enterprise."

    I'm sure that's a very significant observation to someone... but I don't get it.

    I still hope it's the rarest ship in the game. Like only the devs and the guy who designed it get one. If everyone is flying it, it won't be special at all. :rolleyes:

    it wont be. at the very least a version will be in the c-store.

    the free in-game one may or may not be hard to obtain but the ship wont be that rare, and im thankful for that. i can live without a bug ship but having the odyssey and the klingon flagship being rare be almost heartbreaking.

    Actually, it's already been stated in an interview that the captain of the Enterprise F will be Andorian. Don't know why the trailer shows a human.

    Some people have taken Sulu's dialog about Captain Winters to suggest he may be the first officer, but the first officer in the video appears to be Vulcan (or that's one epic widows peak for a human).

    But more concrete things said in interviews have not come true, and Sulu's dialog would be just as true if Winters was being put on any new ship - it doesn't even directly imply a new class, just a new ship.

    Well it wouldn't be the first time the Enterprise has had different crews commanding the same ship. Captain Pike and the majority of his crew spring to mind. The crew shown in the trailer doesn't have to be the one we encounter when we finally see the ship in-game.

    He ejects warp plasma... into his 7 layer dip.

    The entire KDF surrendered just so they could meet him.

    Changelings don't take on his form out of respect.

    Terri Shull woke up and Re matrix-ed her hair..
    Readying for another day of the Defiant..Dreaming Of what it would be like to serve on Enterprise.

    Leaving her Gold shirt a second long prior to a lint brushing she de pulled her Velcro wrap around skirt.

    taking a tin of wax out to join with the cotton balls..she touched up her famous Boots.. Heal and toes .. [shine shine]

    She herd a odd grown from the hull and then her ears popped... She passed out and when she awoke her eyes focused on a strange Medieval dressed man.... with a longish face..

    ":My my Child this isn't FarPoint..You're not Picard this is all wrong.. What a waste of uninteresting life..
    I can see by that amazed look on you face.. Your in awe. of me ; "

    As well you should be my dear ..I'm Q.. Im not sure a Tasha Yar ends fitting either..you'll probably forget all about this with such small cranium to soak this all in.... " Have you seen Getteysburg around.. they probly want some reat grand Kirk end too. I think ..I'll let Captain Daniels decide i f your end changes the time line too much.. You humans should take better care of yourselfs if you what to reach a MCCoy age.. <finger Snap>

    How would you like to be Captain of the Enterprise-F someday. I dont think youre the jAnice Lester type you can be trusted.. so hurry off but dont gone near that warpcore of yours before what say 3 pm <poof>

    just remember, there's only one Enterprise... but that doesn't mean there's only one of the CLASS itself (once it's released, people will have Odyssey's, but they're not the Enterprise, that's a unique ship ;) )

    He once gave Boothby tips on growing roses.

    When he left Shaka, the walls fell.

    Ferengi bartenders have been known to give him free drinks...

    ...He is, the most interesting Captain in the Galaxy.

    Befitting the more modern Enterprise.. we've Trekked along ways.. from 19 and 26

    The Emerald or E class
    This was a class of two light cruisers built for the Royal Navy. Following the Cavendish Class, Three ships of new class were ordered towards the end of World War I designed to emphasise high speed at the cost of other qualities, for use against rumoured new high speed German cruisers, and particularly minelayers, in the North Sea. The E class were based on the preceding Danae class, but had a very high ratio of length to beam, and only one more gun despite being much bigger and more expensive
    * Emerald (1926)
    * Enterprise (1926)

    I expect Admiral Quinn to have some historic connection to E's past break a Chateau Picard over her bow..
    something in a 2364 I should think..

    So I believe i'm calling My Odyssey a Battlecruiser.. StarFleet Commands terminology for larger Vessels was more in keeping with naval traditions.. [pipe me abourd to Kiki Stalkhammers.. Singing ..Show me your Vessel]
