UPDATE: Did the test, and yes, reduction kills the Black spots, but it also kills the shine/crisp look on the uniform and other things. Reverted back to ful Lighting Sugesstion:Possible coding different on the lighting parameters, cause it is not general effect (like a entire room or so), it is a specific area, random as is....
I'm having this problem too under DX11, except it appears everywhere. I see it on my MVAM Prometheus, on Qo'noS Orbital Shipyard, and many other areas. I'm running a GeForce GTX 460.
