Admiral's Personal Log (From VA Marverius liberated borg)

It has been three days since we engaged and destroyed a large Borg vessel that had entered Eta Eridani sector block. The fact that I heard them before the alert is something my bridge crew knows about and thankfully they will keep to themselves. Starfleet intelligence knows as well, but that has already been dealt with.

We have fully repaired from the battle and I have sent my formal report back to Fleet Command. Currently, we are still on patrol with my ship leading a squadron near K-7.

Yesterday, one of the ships in my squadron reported an unusual discovery. A Jem'hedar fighter was floating in the depths of space. Fearing a True Way trap, my ship was hailed and we went to investigate.

I have put all the details in my formal report. Here I will be brief. The ship was one used during the Dominion War and one built in the Gamma Quadrant. Yet the hull did not appear to have aged any. The neutrino activity and the missing crew were the only things different from this ship if it were compared to a fighter of its era.

Where could it have come from? That was one of my officer's first question. My first question was, When was this ship lost? I researched the computer logs of the War, only to discover that there were over 45 incidents where Dominion vessels had disappeared in incidents with unknown or little understood anomalies that could leave neutrinos. Space is hazardous, but I do not have enough information to narrow the criteria of my search.

Until today. I got word that several of these fighters are being found. It could be safe to assume since they all match in condition, they were lost at the same time. The list has been narrowed down the three incidents, but only one stands out to me. Still, I could be incorrect about 'gut feeling' on this.

I immediately sent a message to DS9 to request the sensor log of the first Defiant during its engagement against the Dominion Fleet inside the Bajoran Wormhole. I am concerned. I know little about the Bajoran coined Prophets except they are advanced non corporeal nor linear beings. I met them once, but it was brief and I don't think they understood some of my past memories. But I know one thing. Their motives are their own and they do not think like we do.

If these are ships of that lost fleet, are they being ejected or are they breaking out from the Prophets hold? If they are breaking out, they have been somewhat unsuccessful with the crew losses. But if they do break out with the crew, time passage would be an unknown factor for the crew. They could still believe they are fighting the Dominion War. Or perhaps a great many years have passed with them not aging and now the crew are insane. Thousands of ships are still unaccounted for from the incident. If the remaining appear at the same time with crew...

We need to finish this patrol. The Borg presence feels weak now, but now I feel I am going to have keep both eyes open during regeneration.

    Admiral's Log Supplemental

In a test engagement, the Dominion fighter was, shall I say, TRIBBLE by my Excelsior class starship.

    Threat Condition: Normal.

    Captain's log supplemental

We received a priority one communique from Bajor stating unusual activities stemming from the wormhole. It seems a large noise keeps resonating from its end, sounding like a massive TRIBBLE. The gases stemming from it is unbearable and huge chunks or brown stuff keeps pumping out of the wormhole, most curious indeed. These huge chunks of brown stuff are rectangle in shape and seem to have what looks like ribbons on them. They smell very badly, and the huge amounts of these brown chunky anomalies makes the entire system smell like one huge septic tank.

My science Officer believes that the wormhole may be influenced by an entity know as the Q. On one occasion, a Jem Hedar fighter bursted out of one these brown chunks, we could hear laughter from within the vessel.

The fighter headed towards us, it hailed us, and I ordered comm to put it on the view screen. we were "RICK ROLLED."

    Captains Log yadda yadda yadda

So I hear about all these Jem'Hadar fighters turning up here and there. Seen a few Captains actually taking them out for test flights. But as it seems to me they get to play with a new toy while me and the bulk of star fleet are left on routine missions for Dilithium. Not sure if I care all that much, and I've never much cared for that Earth Phrase "Keeping up with the Jones'" but I would like something to a little better and more fun to do than being a mining vessel.

Q's idea of a winter race with odd creatures and of course the Breen has made things interesting, if you like ice skating and falling a lot. Well looks like the Borg are making another push for the Vorn system. Might as well blow something else up other than the Breen ships poking their noses in Defari space.

I think people are missing my point.

I think this was supposed to be a big clue as to what the next weekly episode series is going to be about. We know it will involve the Dominion from what was mentioned before. And now with these ships showing up, it is another clue on what part of the Dominion War we might be going back too...

Also, I can see the player surrounded by 15 plus enemy ships. When all seems lost and the player orders ramming speed, another ship might be seen coming in....

So in other words, this was an attempt to guess about the next weekly episode series, NOT ABOUT THE DANG BUGS THEMSELVES!

For those who got the point, I owe you a digital cookie.

I knew it was taking a poke at the upcoming featured episode. But I couldn't resist a capt's min rant in a log hehe. I think it might have something to do with the missing ships that sisko had "removed" from the wormhole. I can only guess it will be quite fun as the quality has been increasing with each release. Think it will come out when the F2P is officially launched?

I knew what it was about. I'm just making fun of those who are trying their hardest to get a ship that still manages to blow up fairly easily. It may have increased firepower, but like all escort, it has a glass jaw.

I believe so. We might here more about towards the end of December.

One thing I am curious about is that this might be another clue to an event in the series we might have to do. Just like we had to use shuttles for the last series, are we going to have to use a Jem'hadar ship in the next one? If so, it would only be temporary, but some people will get to say, "Nah, I already got one."

Why did French accent soldiers standing on top a castle come to mind?

I think were looking at a Favor the bold/Sacrafice of angels finale in the next weekly epsiode. (Been thinking about this long before the bug ship came)

Would be nice to finish off a good weekly with a truly EPIC battle. They did a decent job with the Doomsday Remaster and that had a big battle. Also similar to how the DS9 Fleet action used to be. I hope they bring that back but much better.

Based on the Winter Wonderland, I think the next episode will be a musical. The player will have to visit all the major social areas and use emote dancing to solve puzzles. The first reward will be a summonable, floating disco ball. The second will be tap shoes. The third will be a single use of duct tape that shuts Leeta up for 30 minutes....

Put that last one in a purchasable gift box and I'll spend $1,000 trying to get it....

    Admiral's Log.

After sending my findings to the Sector control officer on DS9, I got the following reply.

"At this time there is no sufficient reason to place a security grind at the wormhole. We will look into the matter further."

In the unofficial part of the message was this statement. "Really Admiral, do you think the 2800 ships are going to come pouring out the wormhole to take over the Alpha Quadrant?"

Sometimes I find it hard not to start assimilating some of my fellow flag officers. However, rage is an inefficient emotion. I hope I do not have to redirect its energy to the threat I feared.

    Admiral's Log Saturday:

I knew I should have assimilated that idiot.
