how to make aliens in foundry

how dose one make alien races and ships in the foundry because i see no option for them

    As far as ships, you have to choose one of the existing ones(I recommend something generic). But for the aliens themselves you go to the costume section and create a new NPC. Set the race to "alien" and you can make them look how you want.
