Greetings all, I am Matt (AKA Raven or Raven Terok). I am interested in starting a fleet and building an organization. How ever I must say I can not devote a tun of time to the formation or management of 360. I will be asking for the first 5 members to become advisers and commanding officers. The reason to this is is that I am 27... I have a full time job, I have a wonderful girlfriend who I try to spend as much time with as I can with, and I am a 1st officer of another clan on World of Tanks (Clan: Ground Zero) I how ever LOVE the Star Trek stuff 100% and see myself getting lost in its awesome variety of missions... Combat and exploration are out of this world!!
I will only ask that if you plan to join 360 is that you please present yourself in a mature manner... I do not deal with childish behavior from people who should know better. I ask that every one chips in on recruiting (3 new members per week. This is quit simple to do as every one in my World of Tanks clan has proven.) I will not hold you to any rules of any kind, because we can all admit... rules set limits. I only ask that you have fun, do your things, and not cause any trouble that may jeopardize the fleet. If you can do that that's all I ask.
Base one for our start up will be at Earth Dock. from there I would like to see 360 reach out to DS-9 once we hit 25 members... Deep Space K-7 at 50 and so on.
I will be on each night from now till Thanksgiving hanging around the Serious Sector. If you see me out there please do not hesitate to hail me. I may see it I may not, if not keep hailing till I do :P. One this note I will say that I will hang around Sol for a bit awaiting any of you to join.
Thanks for your time!!
Lieutenant Commander Matt Haasser AKA Raven Terok

Hello again friends. I should list the things I can do with the time that I have to give to 360. One, I will give you guidance and security. I will literally if possible aid you in missions, combat along your side or just give you tid bits on Star Trek info when ever I can. You will have a place you can come to and know that you are truly welcomed by me and all members. Is if you have complaints about any one or anything I will have a teem off investigators collect info to help to be more comfortable and for you stay in the fleet. I want every member to think of me as a father/big brother, some one you can come to in times of need.
I will also promise to devote up to 3 hours minimum of my time to aid in clan developments. I know how people can be with needing a clan leader to be there. Trust me I have done this kind of thing before on several games in the past. I know that for you total number of members that only 1/3 of it will actually be your main clan... the other 2/3 are people that may or may not be on for more then a few minuets... few weeks... months or what ever. I promise you, This clan will aim for no less then 75% active member count. I want the best of all out comes for 360 but I will need devoted Trekkers to join and help make that happen. I can not be asked to do all of this alone.
In my last post I said that I am 27, I have a full time job and that I have a wonderful girlfriend. Well, as most of you know... a job takes away game time. Being 27... you know that time to get down and serious in life is running out' and with my life and how I see it going I want more then just games. How ever I am not ready to give it up completely. I do know that as time goes on that game time will become less and less, that is a fact. I plan to star a family as soon as I can and live a meaningful one at that. I will always try to find time to be on here or any game that gives me interest.
I may say what I am saying is that I have time to develop a fleet/clan but not as much time as I would like to always be here for those who need me most. This is why any member to join now would be a potential successor to 360. There will come that time, and before it dose I want to set my clans/fleet up with more then just one leader... I want hundreds.
Again I will say I will do everything I can to get 360 up and running... but I may not always be there every day. I will give any spare time that I have to be on STO as much as I can. I promise you that 360 will be like a home to you for all you Star Trek needs.
Your Commanding Officer
Matt (Raven Terok)

Gratings all once again. As you all now know, or I'm sure by now you do just from my other posts. I am looking to form a multiple level command fleet. one that has several leaders but still just one main commander of all operations. I want to set up a free environment for people to venture out and not have to ask for the authority. that is why this weekend I will be available 12:00pm CT-12:00am CT on Saturday... 8:00am CT-12:00pm CT & again at 2:00pm CT- 12:00am CT on Sunday.
I ask that viewers that are interested or have questions to post on this form tonight or Friday, Nov. 18 at any time. I check this form periodically every day to keep tabs. So please feel free to ask or say anything you wish.
Well, here I am again. This time with a work plan... LOL. I am going to brake this down into chapters and then sum it all up at the end.
1. FIRST OFFICERS
The first 5 members of 360 will also be the First Officers of the fleet. There role will be to aid in the formation of the main fleet, maintain an active part on and off the game its self, assist others in missions if needed, and as always maintain the code of the fleet.
2. THE CODE OF THE FLEET
All fleets or clans have a code that each member is required to fallow. Some are basic rules and some are laid out like a law. I don't ask for much from members only that they act in a mature manner and not cause trouble. This is a start to what I have and what I know works.
THE CODE
RESPECT
Respect is a must, there is nothing more damaging then someone not getting or giving respect in a clan or a fleet. We are all brothers and sisters in this clan, is if we cant respect one another we fall.
There will be no bashing of other clans, players, teammates, ore teams of any sort. I know you might think its just fun and games but as it goes one thing can lead up to another. So I ask that you keep trash talk out of the clan completely.
HONESTY
Honesty is ALWAYS the best policy. If your not being honest about your claims we will find it, so don't try to lie. If you are asked to give information give that information to the best of your knowledge and DO NOT give false evidence. All cases will be investigated for its truth.
LOYALTY
Loyalty to the clan should be easy, if you are one of us you partake in our events, you show you colors (If we have colors) and you represent. any non conforming member will be asked to ether step out or maintain loyalty. I will not force you to stay with 360, however, I will ask that when you are here you represent.
CHAIN OF COMMAND
Not at all times will this code apply but when it dose know your rank and do not go above that rank. There will come times where a chain of command will be issued and members will be ordered to fallow a commanding officer. This means you DO NOT do anything other then what you commanding officer has asked you to do. Violations of the chain of command can be quit saver depending on the situation where command has been placed. In 360 Heroes are asked to sit on the side lines. Don't try to be a hero, heroes always die!! Only enter a one on one fight is if you know you can win... and never enter that fight until otherwise instructed by you commander... otherwise "stay with your team!!!" Concentrated fire is always better then going it alone.
Heroes always die... but Legends live fore ever.
I ask that all members is if you have any issues with any one or any thing that you DO NOT take it upon your self to deal with it. Address the matter to me or a security officer of the fleet. We will launch an investigation and gather evidence to prove or disprove the report. (Screen shots of any evidence is most helpful) Depending on the case we may or may not ban a player once a conclusion is made. First violation is a warning and a 30 day probation in witch you will be monitored till your 30 days is up. Second violation, depending on is if you fall under a first violation probation or if this is out side of the previous. Is if you fall under the 30 day probation and you are found guilty of yet another violation of the code you will be exiled from the fleet with out the chance of return. If the second violation is out side of the first violation High Counsel will vote is if your violation is enough to ban you or is if you deserve a second chance. If voted to a second chance you will be placed on a 90 day full monitored probation. At this point any other violations where you are found guilty you will be banned from the fleet.
With that said I hope every one can live up to the code.
Again I check the forums from time to time... as you see Im posting as much as I can. Feel free to say anything, add anything, or just through something out there. My ears are open.
Lt. Commander Matt
USS Jenrich NCC-91911 (In space dock awaiting refit)
Well... Seeing how the clan thing aint working yet, why don't I tell you about myself. Lets start from the basics then work from there. I am the fifth son in my family, one sister (Don't ask if she is hot, she is getting married Aug. 4th next year) I grew up in a small town where all us kids knew one another. I was never a popular kid, never got into sports in school really other then basketball seventh and eighth grade. I loved baseball but was never able to play on a real team, lived to far from the school to try out. I lived eighteen years of my life in the north woods of upper Wisconsin then moved down in 2001 to the Milwaukee aria. I might say it was what I wanted, but as the years went by I found that I miss the quiet north woods. In 2001-2002 I fell in love with a girl I thought I could have seen myself with, Was I wrong. She ended up having sex with some other guy a few moth after I asked her to marry me. That day placed me in a eight year stat of being single. In those eight years I played a lot of video games on XBOX and got good at being a clan leader, never liked it but trust me I got to be one of the best in the clans of some of the big games in that time. In 2006 I went to school for automotive. I have yet to get a mechanics job witch is the Ironic part of that. In 2008 I joined the Army as a light wheeled mechanic in hopes to get my certifications that way... I never passed boot camp. Do I regret it... No, how ever I wish I could have done more. I came back from the Army determined to make a life for my self.
As of now I have a good paying job, a wonderful girl who bring light into my life every day. A girl who this time I know I see my self with. I enjoy World War II and Sci Fi a lot. Star Trek being at the top as always.
Well that is that for now. I hope you feel more applicable to join the fleet. I am hoping is if you pass by that you drop me a line so I don't feel like this is useless.
Ok... Time to get things moving... I am serious about this now, I would like to get Star Fleet 360 underway... I need 5 members, any rank... dont care as of now. I want to start charting systems... as everyone knows its hard to find where you need to go. so... start makeing requests people.
Welcome cadets and officers to 360. I am setting our first mission to reach 50 active members by January 1st, no less then 25 how ever. I want all members of 360 to venture out and look for anyone not in a fleet, I want every one to team up as many possible members as they can to increase recruit count in less time. Help new members with missions of any kind in order to build not just there rank but yours as well.
For those of you looking at this who are not in 360 but in another fleet... please feel free to join with us. We welcome allies where ever we can find them. Trades are available as we have a full fleet bank of goods and are more then happy to sell some of it off.
Those of you not in a fleet and are looking please report your request to join on this form. Give your game tag name and rank in game so that we can start placing you in.
Thanks for your time,
Live Long and Prosper

Cast a tractor beam and hail them that they are trespassing on Federation space.
Any other reports are to that of players discretion.

This places you in the guard of any ship in space or personnel requesting or given the order to be escorted the protection of our fleet. You are to insure the safety of your objective at all time.
4. War
War is at the highest... not in our interest... how ever when a battle is issued the fleet is there behind the Combat Armada 100%. War places you at weapons free if combatant is inside Federation space.
