Apologizes if this falls under billing issues, but I'm trying to figure out whether it's worth opening a ticket (ie affects only my account) or it's happening globally, or whatever.
After resubbing (haven't subbed since launch) it won't let me play the game. Second, I while I can buy Cryptic Points (bought 1000 to make sure my CC was working, and also because I'd like a Prometheus and cutie Borg Bridge Officer :P), I can't seem to be able to unlock anything in the store ('Unlock' button remains disables despite having 2,006CP). For the latter, I tried the Champions-Online Cryptic Store, and I can't 'Unlock' anything over there, either.
Solved half my issue. As far as the resub not working, I have to click "Change Subscription" and just click submit a second time. Didn't have to change any information or reselect anything. Weird, but obviously I misunderstood something when I submitted it the first time.
As for the second issue, I still don't seem to be able to "unlock" or purchase anything from the C-Store other than CP. Still no idea why.
Yeah, I had tried both the Store through the website, the Store through the launcher. Purchasing stuff that cost CP would work from the Tailor, but nowhere else. In any case, it all seems to be working today.
