FEEDBACK 8 NOV: Diplomacy, Credits, & the DOFF System

The patch changes the Diplomacy XP needed per Tier to be in-line with other Commendations in the DOFF system. This is appropriate. There are two problem areas concerning Diplomacy with regards to this new system that I would like some consideration given to.

1. Energy Credits
Using energy credits as a barrier to entry with the new economy may help take money out of circulation, but perhaps a more moderate cost would be appropriate. I've been casually playing on the test server with a new character. At level 28 I'm having a hard time keeping enough credits on hand to do most things. Trade? Costs money. Equipping officers and ships costs money. Training new skills, costs money. I just don't have enough to keep an even balance in any anything as I progress. Now, it costs more for a single Diplo mission than I make in a good trade exchange mission?

I ask that costs be re-examined, not removed. Perhaps more in line with Trade missions, 2k for the low end like "Entertain the Diplomat', and 7500 for the upper end "Send a Representative to a Conference on Why Bacon is so Yummy'. etc.

2. Diplo MIssions outside DOFF system
The DXP reward for exploration diplomacy missions is still at the original value: 10. Considering the HUGE change in DXP required per tier, this should be examined and increased.

I'd like to see DXP (from non-DOFF missions) brought proportionally in line to preserve the existing ratio. Playing a diplo mission requires more 'effort' and 'time' than assigning people to a DOFF mission and letting it run, therefore, people who play Diplo missions should still be able to advance through the Diplomacy profession in the same manner/amount of time and effort as they currently do on live. Otherwise, these missions cease to have any function at all.

Keep up the good work Cryptic :)
