Suggestion: Power System Skills

In my opinion, some of the power related skills should be removed:
Warp Core Efficiency
Warp Core Potential

Instead of these two powers, just increase the bonus of the individual power skills instead. There are 4 power skills: Engine, Weapon, Shield, Auxillary

For example: On the Starship Engine Performance

For each point invested, allow it to give the following bonus based on the range of power it is set at:

25-49 3 engine power points per point spent
50-74 2 engine power points per point spent
75-100 1 engine power point per point spent

So, if you spent 9 points on the skill, and the power was set to the following:

25 engine power setting, would give you 52 power for engine (25+(3x9))
50 engine power setting, would give you 69 power for engine (50+(2x9))
75 engine power setting would give you 84 power for engine (l75+(1x9))
100 engine power setting, would give you 109 power for engine (100+(1x9))

If we are trying to simplify the skills so you don't have to pick multiple skills for the same type of return, then remove 2 of the base power abilities (warp core xx).
