I've noticed fellow lifetime subscribers dissatisfaction with the changes. I've found many to be meritorious, some premature, and some without validity. I hope that Cryptic/PW will realize that if they do not satisfy their clients, word of mouth will start to spread and bad publicity will keep future players away. By the same token, I hope my fellow lifetime subscribers will note that change is inevitable in a game system such as this and changes cause turbulence.
I ask my fellow lifetime subscribers to show how the new changes will negative impact affects them in a way that the developers can use to make corrections. Simply disagreeing with the change without providing your well thought out proposed solution, or at least useful observation, gets us nowhere. To the credit of many of the lifetime (and other) subscribers, I have seen many useful observations and suggestions.
I recommend to the developers that they provide forum-wide feedback to some of the better posted observations and suggestions to show players what might be useful to help make adjustments to the game and to provide closure to certain of concerns of the subscribers.
F2P is not very popular for those who have already paid. Cryptic/PW should look at the subscibers complaints and provide the subscribers the benefit of the doubt in any complaints. It was the subscribers who provided captial investment into the game to allow you to get to the point you're at now...

The DOff system is great. I'll be using that a lot.
I'm not thrilled with the new crafting system, but it's still an improvement over the original system, which was worthless. I wish they'd at least remove the dilithium requirements for Tier 9 stuff, but I'm not big into crafting in the first place.
For me, the new skill system is a significant improvement. I know a lot of people don't like it, so I'll leave it to them to argue their concerns. I still don't know how the skills work in the old system. Granted there are still cryptic mysteries in how the numbers actually apply to the game, but the new system is much more straightforward in which skills apply to which areas.
Dilithium. Sure, why not. We have excessive numbers of currencies in the old system.
