Suggestion: Starfleet Academy Banker

I've noticed since the intruduction of the Starfleet Academy social map that the bank interact dialogue only gives you access to your personal bank and not your fleet bank. Could a fleet bank option be added to the Academy map to put it more in-line with a fully functional social zone? Or if this was omitted by design could we have some confirmation?
