Doff system idea

This may had been brought up before i not seen it but with 100 doffs and hopefully will be able to get more in the future it would be nice and make it a bit easier to keep up with what you have if each department was broken down to each officer abilites like say engineering = conn officers = energy weapons officers and so on grouped togeather in the list., would help make things more managable, so like if i have 6 conn officers and i dont need more then 4 if they where all togeather departmentalised it make is easier to see which one to sale or trade or what ever.
