I finally get a prisoner... and it's from my Faction?

Not sure if I should bug this or not, but I finally got a prisoner for my Klingon captain, but if I'm looking at this log correctly, I got it from an archaelogical raid.

[7:29] You received 186 Marauder XP
[7:29] You received 236 Bridge Officer Skill Points
[7:29] You received 205 Bridge Officer Skill Points
[7:29] You received 5 Dilithium Ore
[7:29] Items acquired: Technical Schematic x 10
[7:29] Item acquired: Prisoner
[7:29] Collected rewards for assignment "Appropriate Artifacts from Archaelogical Site in the Z-6 Sector".

To make it even odder the prisoner is a Klingon. Are the prisoners random too? I would think that they would be faction specific.

    Federation does have Klingons too, you know. :)

    Maybe he was dealing with the Romulans and you caught him. It wouldn't be the first time...
