Carrier BoP's Bugged, Nerfed, or Unfinished?

Transfered my KDF Vo'Quv Carrier to tribble to check out the new stuff.

First thing I want to say is I'm liking the new A.I. changes. They seem to work really well. Just need the art department now to add some icons for them.

The biggest problem that I'm running into with the BoP's is that they were not changed even though you can only summon 2 now instead of 3 (per bay). Now while I knew that the change from 3 to 2 was comming I also remember the Dev's saying that the BoP's would be made tougher and have increased DPS to 'make up' the fact that it was dropped to 2 from 3.

This isn't the case currently on tribble. So my question that I'm hoping a Dev can respond to is wether this is a Bug (was changed but for some reason its not taking effect), a Nerf ( you decided to change your mind on what you informed us and left the stats as they were), or just plainly unfinished ( part A of project changed # of units deployed but Part B that changes the stats hasn't hit tribble yet).

Another question or possible bug is the Kar'fi 's Fighters (don't remember their name) seem to also be set as unique so you cannot have both bays using them. Just wondering if Bug or Working as intended.

Lastly the Tachyon Drones (from one of the C-Store carriers) don't 'deploy' as far as I can tell from the Vo'Quv. However at -3 shields per second I just might not be able to see any effect on targets. Orion Fighters work fine (also from a C-Store carrier).

Have to wait till you send me more C-Store points on tribble to test the aoe boarding party :)

    The Birds of Prey were buffed up; it's possible they need further adjustment. It's possible health was increased but damage wasn't in all cases, in which case I can look into that and see if that's the case.

    I'll pass on the other issues to Geko.

    They work but are a fire at target typ more like weapon.
    Unless you don't have a hostile Target you can't launche those.

    I had meant to ask just how "buffed" they were, I'd guess they probably aren't buffed enough to make up for losing the extra 2 BOPS.

    It should be easy........

    The carrier has lost 33% of its BOP DPS/Craft ( going from 3 launches of 2 to 2) sooooooooo....Each BOP should be 33% stronger, and do 33% more DPS. If that isn't the case, then they haven't been buffed enough, and the "change" becomes a "nerf" IMHO

    Just checked these out, and my changes in fact seem to have vanished. Going to investigate this. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.

    Thank you for responding. Glad I was able to find and point out this problem. When you do find out where the code went make sure to 'discipline' them in klingon style for cloaking without your orders. :)

    Actually it should be 50%
    3 BoP's @ 100% = 300%
    2 BoP's @ 100% is only 200%
    so 2 BoP's @ 150% = 300%
