BOFF inventory

I think I might be running into a problem with my excess of BOFF. I have about a dozen sitting waiting for me to take them on. On top of that I now have my regular inventory filling with BOFF from the DOFF system. Where can I turn them in for dilithium? I just can't use all these BOFF. And the DOFF ones are not able to move in inventory which sucks.
