Me and some fleeties were running the STF's last night and well I got a token for armor which I traded for another token and so on..
anyway I finally ended up with the Kellerun Iniltrator Mk X armor... put it on expecting to look like the two awesome people in the black armour... and... then... nothing...
Is the armour the npcs wear the MKXII version or is it just a random bug to be fixed at a later date?
P.S. Cure ground boss = Evil!!!!
Comments
And yes last boss of The Cure = Evil. Thats why I chop him up with a sword. Medic melee tanking ftw. Just avoid the green beams of death
If you pvp you will have that boss dead in 15 seconds..
Infected boss dies in under 10 seconds :P
pm me and i'll show you how
thanks for the response.
As for the space gear my ship is fully kitted out with the Elite Force gear and it looks sweet, the shield is quite subtle and gives the hull a sort of tech honeycomb effect in certain areas. The Deflector gives off a pulsating effect that shares some resemblance to the Aegis deflector, and the Engine gives a pinky purple trail mixed in with the red but in Sector space when you get up to Warp 9.99 you get an awesome warp bubble effect http://i.imgur.com/Rx2lM.jpg (sorry about the angle I was going to use that screen to point out a minor issue with it)
a) grind 30 borg components then trade it in for the item of your choice.
b) get a token for a certain object .. (ie armor)... go speak to the requisition guy and trade it for a token of its level (uncommon = mkx, rare = mkxi Vr = mkxii).. then take that token to the ground dude guy and use it to get either the elite armour or the kellerun armor.
c) hax!!!
(the tokens (B) pop up from completing the optional objectives)
Yeah, there hasn't been anything about this in awhile but one of the Devs mentioned awhile back that the outfits were: A) Not going to be tied to gear and
Not sure if that's changed or if that's still the plan, I don't think it's been talked about since Tribble was first launched.
Thanks but I like my way of killing him. Its fun.
Plus as I rarely pvp and when I do its usually friendly 1v1s in space I doubt you can help me improve my ground pve performance.
