I just hit Diplo Tier 4 (Ambassador) on Tribble.
I didnt get a KDF faction Boff.
The Doff store person contacted me (the Caitian) but obviously I didnt have a token to buy a Doff report from her.
When I visit the Japanese clown Jiro Sugihara he has nothing for me (no Store option like on live).
Also - I transfered a char over from live who was T4 diplo already.
He has his Orion BOFF (white) from live) but again has no way to "upgrade" her as previously mentoned by the devs.
