[Doff] Highlight new officers

Hi there, I would like to offer a recommendation to allow players to easily find their new Duty Officers. Simply highlighting them in the roster so we may view who we actually obtained instead of searching their names one by one.

    they actually show up in the last tab on the right of the Doff interface for a little while.
