Suggestion, a larger roster of waiting BO's

We either need some way to transfer Bridge Officers into Duty Officers (I'd settle for any BO becomes random white DO within their career path) or more space in our roster. My captain 2 has officers coming out her pointy ears with the recuited ones from Duty Officer missions+ the normal level up crowd.
