STF Space Borg Salvage Reward suggestion

It seems that during any STF Space mission the top DPS'er gets 2x Rare Borg Salvage. This leads to some people with high burst dps grinding these missions and get their Mk XI gear very easily...

I would like to propose that this particular loot gets distributed to the players in a different way: i.e. everyone in the instance makes a shot at either 2x uncommon Borg Salvage or 1x Rare one, independant of ranking!

This has two advantages:
- Everyone makes a shot at getting these drops.
- Everyone is motivated enough to go through it to the end!

    everyone in the group should get them not just 1 person. One thing that has always irked me about MMOs is that 1 person gets 1 piece of loot, why not let everyone get the same loot or chose their loot. Replay value doesnt have to be 100% based on loot alone, give large amounts of dilithium or other things like tokens.
