DOff system and rewards

I thought I read, "Go to the Daystrom Institute for your reward" when finishing one of my DOff assignments. First of all, is the Daystrom Institute in the game somewhere, and two do we need to do X,Y or Z to collect rewards for the DOff system?

    I have had a daystrom mission but nothing that said to go there to collect reward. Did you click the collect reward button? It is possible that there are some typos or that maybe you misread it.
