Aim mode Default Camera

Is there anyway to change the default camera angle when you're in aim mode? Its frustrating to go into aim mode to get the DPS Buff only to have the camera right behind your head so you can't see who your shooting (this is in RPG mode). I find myself having to crouch in order to see my target, but the moment I move even slightly, I am no longer crouching.
