Since the Klingon Faction has been screwed over from day 1 (I agree with the complaint about Fed bias), all their stuff should be free.
But since the worthless accountants will have strokes if that happens, then half the C-Store ships at each rank should be free except at VA / LT GENERAL since the feds also get screwed out of a free ship at that rank.
You should also include stuff that is unique to the KDF only that the Feds can never get. You killed the KDF faction when you gave all their unique stuff to the Feds. Who wants to play KDF when they have nothing worth rolling a toon up for? If you ever give the Feds a carrier I think the remaining KDF players will finally leave.

KDF may be behind in getting cool toys, but there not being ignored.
What I dislike is that they make KDF pay for them although we already have so few ship skin altogether.
For me its like having to pay double to get a thing which should have been there when I payed once.
