Quinn providing false info

I just reached RAUH and was told to report to Quinn's office for promotion. Get to Quinn's off ice and he tells me that Starfleet would like me to have the option of a new ship blah blah take this plaque to blah blah in ship requisitions... but no plague is given and no discount offered on any ship. Please change this to reflect Quinns true attitude and Cryptic's new policy. Quinn should now say something along the lines of:

"Congratulations on putting up with this s*** longer than I ever thought you would. Now p*** off, we don't care if you ever get a new ship if you aren't willing to fork over more than a month's sub price for it. Get out."

    I've been at VA for a week and a half now, still flying around in my captain ship hilariously short of the dilithium needed for a new one.

    This. Same situation. Are we going to get anything done about this? How about simply giving us the discount token everyone else gets so we can afford a decent ship?

    I agree, this is an unnecessary addition to the game. Remove the new misleading ship plaques if we're supposed to grind dilithium for a new vessel.
