No, there is a Vulcan NPC now (looking horribly generic), that took his place (workign for him though).
Still doesn't make a lot of sense though, cause the relation we have to Drake now apparently has no more history to it.
Would have been better, in my opinion, to give him a Starfleet Intelligence Uniform for the Devidian contact dialog and rewrite it a bit to foreshadow the "Under the cover of Night" and later Undine related mission.
Would make us more invested in the character when he seems to defect and then turns out to be S31 scum. Adouble dramatic betrayal so to speak.

Actually like this idea.....it flows better.....cool man....cool
He was supposed to see your potntial after the mission he is involved with before he 'recruits' you to section 31 for the Featured episodes and dailys.
Now he has no reason to be there and any storyline kapow factor he had has gone.
They need to figure how to reintroduce him into the game

Especially if when you encounter him in the Undine mission, you're asking him what the hell he's doing out and about, rather than blindly following his lead.
I think it's jarring to be confronted with a Section 31 guy who's openly S31 that soon.
I would have no problem with him being a Starfleet Intelligence guy in the Devidian series or...
Heck... Why does it have to be Drake in the Devidian series?
Make it Commander Burgess, Quinn's righthand intelligence officer who does nothing but talk with an awesome British accent in the Doomsday Device. There's really nothing Section 31-like about the Devidian series aside from the "extreme" measure of destroying to comet and the discovery we have a secret time machine installed on our ship and I could see Starfleet playing with either of those.
Heck, maybe just a slight tweak so that Burgess plays up the hush-hush nature of the device on our ship more by a hare and has an extra line about how he'll assume responsibility with Temporal Investigations for sending us back. Just a tinge of added nobility and there's really nothing inherently shady about what's called for in the Devidian series mission giver.

It does flow much better. Hopefully they realize that Drake now needs to be re-introduced to the players and are working on it for f2p launch.
