Episode Order (Breen and Undine)

I have made it halfway through level 50 and finished the cardassian missions. I was looking forward to doing the Breen and Undine missions however, According to the Episode Order, I have to complete all STFs before I can begin either the Breen or Undine. I have never done a STF and cannot commit the time to do them. I have two small children and often have to walk away from the computer for 10 minutes to deal with them. I also often will log off after moving to a new act in a mission and finish it the next day. Neither of this behavior would work for a STF. So I have opted out of doing them. However, I now find that I cannot progress without doing them.

The Breen and Undine missions are some of the best missions I have played. I do not think that players should be penalized from doing the Breen and Undine mission without doing the STFs.

The STFs should not be in the linear progression of the missions. Once you reach the rank to do them, you should be allowed to do them. Forcing a player to do them just to continue with the Linear progress can lead to players unable to progress. If I was in those shoes, I would consider this a wall and quit and go player something. else.

My choice to not play STFs is so that I do not force players to wait for me while I clean up apple juice after my daughter spills it on the floor.

I'm not seeing the STFs anywhere on the mission progression pages... It looks like it goes from State of Q to Cold Call.

+1 for not seeing STF's on the actual episode track. I'm not even Admiral yet though so i can't comment if it pops up after a certain level.
