As somebody that hit the beta test running full bore, I found myself last night a bit disheartened that all the time I put in over the last week for naught when I didn't have anywhere near the amount of dilithium I needed to get my RA level ship. Seems that since I had already reached RALH before the patch adding in dilithium and the discount tokens, I didn't get a token. I considered going back to Holodeck and working on my KDF captain. Instead, since the xp is tuned up so high right now, I am starting over.
While I'm not happy that I have to start over, I'll do so in the interests of trying to make this a better game. I paid for a lifetime sub, so it's in my best interest to try toi do that. So I will start from scratch, and this time do what would have normally been done - scrounge dilithium from dailies - and give the best feedback I can on the process. But really, you guys knew this was coming and should have been better prepared, you've lost a lot of testers AND players who will not be around for F2P because the testing build so far has not been impressive in most regards.
