KDF doffs

Sorry, I'm having a braindead moment here.

I poked around with some KDF toons at level 19 ish, but I'm not seeing any mention of doffs.. uh when am I supposed to get them?

(And yes, I searched the forums, but KDF doffs doesn't produce relevant results).
