I missing something, incorrect level, KDF not unlocked?

Level 20 Fed (LTC10)

On Log in screen no KDF is greyed out?

    Ok, now I'm peeved.

    Patching at the minute. Won't be able to get back on tribble till the morning (GMT). If I still can't play kdf by then... Things gonna get ugly.
