Quickly fix promotions please.

By putting rewards on rapid advancement, Cryptic is asking testers to chew threw content very quickly. Although there is always "that guy" getting to level 51 in 2 weeks isnt something easy for everyone to pull off.
I committed myself to trying.
I was annoyed when I found out I couldnt buy the consoles and gear I wanted to tune my ship properly, but people said that the economy is still in testing, so I pressed on. No big deal.
I am distrubed however that I could not buy the commander ship. Not being able to tune and properly gear a ship is one thing. But a problem like this is quite another. Particularly since its so easy to fix.
You want me to consume lots of content quickly, that's implied by the reward for extremely rapid progression. But having something as simple as the commander ship promotion broken slows down that progress considerably. Especially when compounded with the fact that I can not properly gear it (consoles/etc..) anyways.
Please consider hotfixing this so I can at least be burning through content in the proper tiered ship (Even if it isnt properly geared while we wait for economy changes)
